Tattoos?

I say tattoos are a way of expressing you. Whether it's how you feel at the time you get a tattoo or if you just like it or if you just want it and don't have a real reason to get it. I say you should get a tattoo to express yourself in a way that no one can say "ohh i know how you feel" or something of that sort. I say a rose tattoo shows you are open to new ideas and new things that come along in your path, for instance lets say you just moves to a new place and you know absolutely no one. You take that in and realize it's a new start to make yourself better at things. Or you might just have a whole new outlook on how your going to live your life.
I have a rose a tattoo with a vine of thorns. To me it shows that I'm open to new things and ideas for the rose. The thorns show no matter how much I get put down and get stuck or get hurt I'll always get back up, shake it off and move on. I don't know how much I have been let down or got hurt from past relationships I've had. I was looking at rose tattoos because I have always wanted one, but I had to find the right rose to express me. To express my past, my present, and future.
All in all I like tattoos because they can show people who you are without actually telling them...

  1. I like your thinking about this topic. Also, I find your reasoning for your tattoo interesting.

  2. Kayla, I like the thorn/ stuck symbolism.

However, you have still not posted anything about the process of your Rough Draft/ Readings. On the first post, you also never added anything about communications/ letter writing/ readings (which I commented about on that thread). Nor have you updated your profile.

Be sure you keep your blog assignments up to date and post in a timely fashion. Plus, you HAVE to follow all the other people in the class and begin commenting on their blog posts (at least two weekly--even mine counts). This is a significant portion of your grade.
